Firefighters gave a final salute to Kenneth Lau, of Huntingburg, as his hearse passed underneath an American flag draped between the aerial ladder trucks from the Huntingburg and Jasper fire departments Wednesday afternoon in Huntingburg. Lau, who passed away Saturday, was a volunteer firefighter for the Huntingburg Volunteer Fire Department since 1973 and secretary/treasurer for District 18 of the Indiana Volunteer Firefighters Association.
